The Gedling School Jubilee Time Capsule
Send your ideas to the future!

•  We are going to create two time capsules (both with the same contents)
•  We will arrange to store one of them for 50 years to be re-opened in 2056.
•  We will bury the other one under the foundations of a future building, to be opened who knows when.


We will include in both capsules two cd’s/memory sticks:
·       The first one will be “The Gedling School message to the future” and contain the names of all the students and adults associated with the school in 2006 – with 50 words about themselves ( or anything else) to send to the future.


The second one will be “The Friends of the Gedling School message to the future”.  You are invited to contribute to this one, with your message.   The funds raised from this will go towards the £50,000 we need to raise to make the school a Science College. 


 

We hope that this idea will grow and that you will want your entry to go on the school website, so that it will encourage even more people to add their names.
