There have been few reports of the school's 'Access from home' function not working.  The problem is in relation to which version of Microsoft Office (if at all) you may be using.

In the lastest version of Microsoft Office, Microsoft no longer installs a vital function which was installed with all previous versions and is a function called Web Folders.  This small update is available as a serperate download from the Microsoft web site.

Clicking the link below will take you to the correct Microsoft download page.  Once you have the update installed, those having problems should be able to access their folders again.
